5. In-App purchases and Subscriptions
Our Service(s) might include In-App purchases or Subscriptions that allow the User to buy special items through the Service such as, but not limited to, an item that unlocks all the app features. The User acknowledges and agrees that he is fully responsible for managing his In-App purchases within the Service(s).
6. Purchases and billing
The User acknowledges and agrees that all billing and transaction processes are handled by the Service(s) provider where in case of iOS Applications is the App Store, in the case of MacOs Applications is the Mac App Store, in the case of Android Applications is Google Play and in the case of Steam products is Steam. The User also understands that the previously stated processes are governed by the provider’s terms and conditions. If the User has any payment or billing related issue he will need to contact the provider directly. For what concerns restoreoldphoto.com payments are processed by Paypal, the User can get in touch with support@genovasoftworks.com or support@restoreoldphoto.com for any payment related issue or question.
6.1 Restore Old Photo Service (restoreoldphoto.com) Refunds
The orders can be cancelled in up to 24h if the service was not yet provided. If the service was already provided it will not be possible to provide a refund, a part from special cases which will be evaluated, for example this includes if the User is not happy with the result. In this case the User might be offered some changes or he might be offered a partial refund if he does not like just a part of the order, or a full refund if he does not like all the resulting photos. If the User has provided photos where the Service cannot be applied he will be asked to provide another photo, a partial refund or a full refund. All the contacts will be done via the User provided email.
7. Limitations
In no event the Owner will be liable for any damages including, without limitation, damages to the User device or loss of data, arising out of the use or inability to use the content of our Service(s) even if the Owner has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
8. Advertising
Our Service(s) might contain advertising of third party services. The Owner is not responsible for the content advertised or promoted by the third party services in our Service(s). The User aknowledges that he is responsible for any action he performs through the Service(s) and will not use any Service(s) to conduct illegal activities. The User will not upload illegal content or content containing pornography to our servers.

This integration of Google Analytics anonymizes the User(s)'s IP address. Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be sent to a Google server and shortened within the US. The acquired data (Cookies and Usage Data) is processed in the United States.

The User, by filling any contact form available in the Service(s), provides Personal Information and authorizes the Owner to use these information to reply to the User request as indicated in the form’s description.

8. Unity 3D
Some of our Services are powered by the Unity 3D engine developed by Unity Technologies. Unity Technologies might obtain information on the usage of the Service(s), but this information will be available to Unity Technologies only, the Owner will not have access to it. However we cannot guarantee their absolute security. Personal Data will be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. Once the retention period expires Personal Data will be deleted. The User has the right to ask the Owner to delete the stored Personal Data by contacting him.
