If the User uses our Service(s) then he agrees to this policy and to our Privacy Policy. By using our Service(s) the User agrees to be bound by the following terms and all applicable laws. The Services are protected by intellectual property laws. The User does not own the Service(s) when he accesses the Service(s) or when he purchases them. The User is allowed to use the Service(s) for his personal non commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the terms and condition of the third party hosting or providing the User with our Service(s). The User is not allowed to copy or distribute any content within the Service(s) or interfere with the normal operation of the Service(s).
3. Age Limits
Our Service(s) are not intended for children. If the User is a child he must not use or purchase our Service(s). If the User is a child and wants to use or purchase our Service(s) he must ask permission of his parents or guardian and make sure that they understand these Terms and that they agree and accept the Terms. By using our Service(s) the User confirms he is not a child or confirms that he has the approval of his parents or guardian to use our Service(s).
4. Disclaimer
The content of our Service(s) is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Owner makes no warranties, expressed or implied and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of satisfactory quality, or non infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. GENOVA Softworks will not be responsible for any damage derived from the usage of the Services/Software.
4.1 Customized Software Warranty
In the case of development, production and delivery of custom-made Software, GENOVA Softworks will offer 1 year of warranty for business customers and 2 for private customers.
The interventions under warranty exclusively include the resolution of important bugs and system errors which, if present, would otherwise prevent the complete use of the Software by the User.
Any modification to the Software by external personnel and/or not authorized by the developer will void the warranty.
GENOVA Softworks will therefore not be responsible for any malfunctions resulting from such modifications.
4.2 Drive Guardian additions
In addtition to the previous points. For what concerns Drive Guardian GENOVA Softworks will not be responsible for any kind of damage eventually connected to/with the app. The user is responsible for his own actions and must not solely rely on the app and its safety features while driving. The app is not intended to replace safe and careful driving, respecting local laws.
5. In-App purchases and Subscriptions
Our Service(s) might include In-App purchases or Subscriptions that allow the User to buy special items through the Service such as, but not limited to, an item that unlocks all the app features. The User acknowledges and agrees that he is fully responsible for managing his In-App purchases within the Service(s).
6. Purchases and billing
The User acknowledges and agrees that all billing and transaction processes are handled by the Service(s) provider where in case of iOS Applications is the App Store, in the case of MacOs Applications is the Mac App Store, in the case of Android Applications is Google Play and in the case of Steam products is Steam. The User also understands that the previously stated processes are governed by the provider’s terms and conditions. If the User has any payment or billing related issue he will need to contact the provider directly.
7. Limitations
In no event the Owner will be liable for any damages including, without limitation, damages to the User device or loss of data, arising out of the use or inability to use the content of our Service(s) even if the Owner has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
8. Advertising
Our Service(s) might contain advertising of third party services. The Owner is not responsible for the content advertised or promoted by the third party services in our Service(s). Any personal information the User provides any third party advertiser with will be governed by their terms. The User can read more information in the Privacy Policy.
9. User Activities
The User aknowledges that he is responsible for any action he performs through the Service(s) and will not use any Service(s) to conduct illegal activities. The User will not upload illegal content or content containing pornography to our servers.
10. Specific Provisions for Trova Professionisti
Trova Professionisti is an online platform that allows Users to register as clients or professionals, publish quote requests, browse requests, send responses, exchange messages, and create a professional profile, according to the features from time to time available within the Service.
The Owner provides only a technological platform for contact and interaction management between Users and is not a party to any relationships, agreements, negotiations, or contracts that may be entered into between clients and professionals.
The Owner does not guarantee:
- the conclusion of agreements between Users;
- the quality, lawfulness, accuracy, timeliness, or suitability of the services offered by professionals;
- the complete truthfulness of the information entered by Users;
- the actual availability, solvency, identity, professional qualifications, or reliability of any User, except for any checks expressly indicated within the Service.
The User is solely responsible for the content, data, information, quote requests, responses, messages, attachments, and materials uploaded, sent, or shared through Trova Professionisti and agrees to provide truthful, up-to-date, lawful, and non-misleading information.
It is prohibited to use Trova Professionisti to:
- publish or transmit false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, obscene, pornographic, unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties;
- send spam, unsolicited messages, bulk communications, or unauthorized promotional content;
- collect personal data of other Users for purposes unrelated to the normal use of the Service;
- use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes;
- impersonate other persons, businesses, or entities;
- circumvent the technical or organizational measures adopted by the Owner for the security and proper functioning of the Service.
Professionals agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws, including any tax, consumer protection, professional, and sector-specific regulations, and remain solely responsible for the services offered, the quotes submitted, the statements made, and the obligations undertaken toward clients.
Clients remain solely responsible for the information entered in quote requests, the communications sent to professionals, and the decisions taken on the basis of the responses received through the platform.
The Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to monitor, moderate, limit, suspend, or remove content, requests, responses, profiles, or accounts where it believes that they violate these Terms, the law, the rights of third parties, or may compromise the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the Service.
The Owner also suspend or restrict access to the platform in the event of unusual behavior, attempted abuse, suspicious activity, received reports, or technical, organizational, or security-related needs.
Users acknowledge that any economic agreements, professional services, payments, deliveries, breaches, delays, defects, disputes, or damages arising from the relationship between client and professional remain solely the responsibility of the parties involved in that relationship and not of the Owner, except where otherwise required by mandatory law.
The Owner shall not be liable for loss of business opportunities, failure to acquire clients, failure to receive requests, failure to obtain quotes, service interruptions, temporary unavailability of the platform, or the conduct of other Users, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence where not otherwise excluded by applicable law.
The User acknowledges that some features of Trova Professionisti may be modified, limited, suspended, or removed at any time for technical, organizational, legal, or commercial reasons.
Where Trova Professionisti provides, in whole or in part, free or paid features, the Owner reserves the right to modify in the future the access methods, usage limits, available features, plans, prices, or economic conditions, subject to any communications that may be provided to Users in the manner deemed appropriate.
For any matter not expressly regulated in this section, all other provisions of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy shall remain applicable.
11. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to update our Terms of Use policy at any time. We might or might not notify the User of any changes to this policy. The changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page. It is recommended to check this page often.

This integration of Google Analytics anonymizes the User(s)'s IP address. Some of our Services, websites excluded only few mobile apps available on the stores, make use of Admob which is an advertising service provided by Google Inc. 10. Specific Provisions for Trova Professionisti
Trova Professionisti is a platform that allows Users to register as clients or professionals, publish quote requests, receive or send responses, manage private conversations, and create a public or semi-public professional profile.
Within the scope of this Service, the Owner may process, in addition to the Data indicated in the previous sections, the following categories of Data:
- account identification and contact data, such as first name, last name, email address, phone number, and other data entered during registration;
- professional profile data, such as business name, service descriptions, covered areas, images, professional contact details, and other content uploaded by the User;
- data relating to quote requests, such as title, request description, location, contact preferences, indicative budget, timing, and any attachments or information freely provided by the User;
- data relating to quote responses and conversations exchanged between clients and professionals through the platform;
- technical and security data, such as IP address, date and time of access, authentication logs, email verification tokens, password reset requests, security events, and administrative logs;
- data relating to content moderation, reports, and actions taken to prevent abuse, spam, unlawful or inappropriate content.
These Data are processed for the following purposes:
- creating and managing the User account;
- enabling the publication, consultation, and management of quote requests;
- allowing professionals to respond to requests and Users to exchange messages through the platform;
- displaying the professional profile, quote requests, contact details, and related information to other Users, where required by the operation of the Service;
- verifying the User’s identity, protecting accounts, and preventing unauthorized access;
- preventing spam, fraud, prohibited content, or improper use of the platform;
- complying with legal obligations and protecting the rights of the Owner in judicial or extrajudicial proceedings.
The User acknowledges that content voluntarily entered into quote requests, responses, professional profiles, and conversations may be viewed by other parties involved in the relevant Service flow, according to the platform’s features.
The Owner may carry out automatic and/or manual checks on content submitted by Users, including for the purpose of detecting unauthorized links, spam, offensive language, sexually explicit content, or other content that violates the Terms of Service.
Data relating to security, access, authentication events, email verifications, password reset requests, technical logs, administrative logs, and moderation events may be retained for a limited period proportionate to the purposes of security, abuse prevention, maintenance, and protection of the Owner.

The User agrees not to submit unlawful, offensive, misleading, defamatory, unauthorized content, or any content that is otherwise contrary to the law, the rights of third parties, or the Terms of Use of the Services.
